温度保险丝是什么_温度保险丝的相关知识
温度保险丝主要有两大类:合金型温度保险丝和有机物型温度保险丝。
其中合金型温度保险丝有轴向型和径向型两种。
温度有76℃-240℃,电流:1A-50A。
主要的安规认证有:UL CUL CCC TUV.
随着人们对环保意识的提高:要求所有的均质材料均为环保材料,如合金,引脚,等均需要环保。
客户在选型时:
1. 电路异常时,需要断开的温度等于温度保险丝的实测动作温度;
2. 电路正常工作时的温度≤温度保险丝的保持温度;
3. 电路正常工作时的电流≤温度保险丝的额定电流;
4. 电路开路后的电压≤温度保险丝的额定电压。
温度保险丝相关术语:
Thermal fuse / Thermal-link (TCO)
热熔断体也称为热断路器或温度保险丝,在本文中这些不同名词都代表同样的产品,为一次性动作而不可复位的装置。
Thermal fuse / Thermal-link / Thermal Cutoff (TCO), known as thermal fuse. All the names are the same in this context, functioning once only, non-resettable.
额定动作温度 Rated Function Temperature (Tf)
通10 mA的负载电流时,加热使温度保险丝断开的温度(用于厂家区分规格,重点应该关注实测动作温度);
The temperature of the Thermal-link which causes it to change the state of conductivity with a
detection current up to 10 mA as the only load.
允许偏差 Tolerance: Tf 0 /– 10 °C (GB 9816, EN 60691, K60691).

实测动作温度 Fusing Temperature
置于油池中,通10 mA以下的负载电流,每分钟升温0.5℃~1℃,测断开温度。
The temperature of the Thermal-link which causes it to change its state of conductivity is measured with silicone oil bath in which the temperature is increased at the rate of 0.5℃~1℃/min, with a detection current up to 10 mA as the only load.
保持温度:Holding Temperature (Th)
持续通额定电流168小时不断开的最高温度。
The Maximum temperature at which a Thermal-link will not change its state of conductivity when conducting rated current for 168 h.
极限温度Maximum Temperature Limit (Tm)
在规定的时间内不破坏机械和电气特性所能承受的最高温度。
The temperature of the Thermal-link stated by the manufacturer, up to which the mechanical and
electrical properties of the Thermal-link having changed its state of conductivity, will not be impaired for a given time.
额定电流:Rated Current (Ir)
温度保险丝分类用,允许用于电路并安全断开的最大电流。
The current used to classify a Thermal-link, which is the Maximum current that Thermal-link allows to carry and is able to Cut off the circuit safely.
额定电压:Rated Voltage (Ur)
温度保险丝分类用,允许用于电路并安全断开的最高电压。
The voltage used to classify a Thermal-link, which is the Maximum voltage that Thermal-link allows to carry and is able to Cut off the circuit safely.
瞬时过载电流ransient Overload Current (Ip)
温度保险丝在不破坏特性的情况下,所能承受的最大瞬态过载电流(温度保险丝承受的瞬时过载电流为额定电流的15倍,100个周期温度保险丝不应该动作)
A direct current pulse at which the Thermal-link is able to withstand without impairing it’s
characteristics.
